Easy Paleo Guacamole

Ingredients

2 large avocados
1 red onion
1 lime
salt
garlic
cilantro

Directions

In a bowl, smash avocado with fork until desired texture.  (I like a few lumps in mine.)  Next, chop the red onion into fairly small pieces.  Combine onion into the bowl with avocado.  Add approximately 1-2 Tbsp of minced garlic.  Salt to taste.  Chop 6-8 stems of cilantro.  Mix into guacamole.  Finally, add the juice of 1 lime to prevent browning.  This guacamole will last 2-3 days covered in the refrigerator (if it does not get eaten the same day!)
